By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or completing payment with Alessart LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

• Our PMU services are exclusively for first-time PMU clients.
• If you have had any prior PMU/microblading/nano/shading/tattooing in the brow area, you must not book unless we have approved you in writing.
• Failure to disclose previous work may result in immediate cancellation without refund, including loss of deposit or full payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if your skin is not suitable or if prior work is detected at the appointment.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
• The deposit reserves your time slot, artist availability, and supplies.
• Any remaining balance (if applicable) is due on the day of your appointment.
• By providing payment details, you authorize charges in accordance with these policies.

Permanent makeup is a custom cosmetic procedure. Results vary by skin type, lifestyle, metabolism, and aftercare compliance. We cannot guarantee an identical match to reference photos, and results may heal differently than expected.

You will receive detailed aftercare instructions. You agree that final results depend on strict aftercare compliance. We are not responsible for poor retention or complications caused by improper aftercare, sun exposure, sweating, water exposure, makeup/product use during healing, or other factors outside of our control.

Touch-ups are not guaranteed unless explicitly included at booking. Additional sessions may be required and may incur additional fees. Touch-ups may be declined if healing was impacted by improper aftercare or if the skin is not suitable.

You are responsible for disclosing medical conditions, medications, and sensitivities. We do not provide medical advice. Consult your physician if unsure. PMU may not be suitable for pregnancy/nursing, uncontrolled diabetes, active skin conditions, blood-thinning medications, or conditions that affect healing.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety, policy violations, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your appointment, you grant permission for before/after photos or videos to be used for marketing, education, and promotional purposes.

Legal jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kissimmee, Florida.

• You must reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment.
• Deposits may transfer to a new date one time only, within studio availability.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations are considered late cancellations.

• Failure to attend without notice is a no-show.
• No-shows forfeit all payments made and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.
• Late arrivals are treated as a no-show and remain non-refundable.

We understand unexpected situations happen. These policies help us honor our schedule and protect availability for all clients.

By booking and receiving PMU services with Alessart LLC, you confirm and agree to the following:

• I confirm this is my first PMU treatment (no previous PMU/microblading/nano/shading/tattooing in the brow area unless approved in writing).
• I understand PMU involves pigment implantation and carries inherent risks (including but not limited to swelling, redness, sensitivity, and varying retention).
• I understand that results vary by skin type, lifestyle, healing response, and aftercare compliance, and that results are not guaranteed.
• I have disclosed all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic procedures.
• I understand the healing process includes temporary changes in color and appearance, and I accept responsibility for proper aftercare.
• I release Alessart LLC and its artists from liability related to outcomes beyond their control.
